Christian Satire

ChristianityToday.com posted a poll on their website asking which website most readers visit to read religious satire.  I voted (for The Wittenburg Door with The Daily Show coming in a close second) and was surprised to see that 46% of voters responded by saying “I don’t read satire.”  I can imagine that most people wouldn’t visit these types of satirical websites on a daily basis, but I have a hard time understanding why they would avoid religious satire altogether.  Trust me, we Christians have plenty of reasons to laugh at ourselves if for no other reason than to keep ourselves humble.  What about you?  How would you vote in this poll?  Click the picture below to go cast your vote.
